St. James Parish Room
The Parish Room is used by groups with Church or Community connections. A wide variety of activities are covered.
Monday
Pebble-in-the- Pool meeting, held on the first Monday in the month, where ideas are discussed concerning the Church (afternoon)
Craft meeting where a variety of crafts are carried out (afternoon)
Family History Group is held every second Monday (evening)
Tuesday
Painting Group (morning)
Ladies Group, a social group with speakers every third Tuesday
of
the month (evening)
Wednesday
Weekly whist drive (afternoon)
The Royal British Legion, Weeley & Lt. Clacton Branch meet 1st Wed. of the month at 7.30

Thursday
Parent and Toddler Group every week in term time (afternoon)
Saturday
Coffee morning with cake stall, cards, second hand goods and
bric-a-brac stalls. This is held on the first Saturday of the month
from February to November inclusive. (morning)
Two choirs other than the church choir rehearse each week
and
the room is used at Church Festival times and for many
fund
raising efforts during the year.
